Residents there lie in bed until 8.12am, whereas the average Brit gets up at 6.48am.

After finding out that the laziest town in Britain was Middlesbrough, i was intrigued and began to have a wonder around, via Google street view. To my amazement the town of Middlesbrough was actually still asleep. The images taken are in broad daylight yet there is not a soul to be seen.

I designed a book which highlighted the fact that Middlesbrough has been caught and proven by Google street view, that they are in fact the laziest town in Britian. I focused on screen shots of Empty Car Parks, Closed Corner Shops, Abandoned Road Works and Empty Bus Shelters. The book is made up of 50 images to really show the extent of how empty Middlesbrough is.
